Hand Reflexology Course

Hand Reflexology is a safe, simple and non-invasive natural therapy. It is a form of massage that is thought to stimulate reflex points for the whole body. It is perfect for self treatmentsand for those who have an aversion to feet (touching of being touched!) The aim of the course is to introduce the theory and practice of reflexology on the hands in order that you can practice on yourself, family or friends.
